2025 Buyer's Pass
Thank you for your interest in purchasing a buyer’s
pass for the 2025 BRFE season!
The Buyer’s Pass includes:
Access to secure online pre-ordering platform, Rooted Farmers
Access to shop at our weekly Wednesday wholesale market hours at our new shop downtown ??? Campbell Ave Roanoke, VA 24011
Access to delivery on Wednesday for an additional fee
The pass is valid for the 2025 season and can be purchased at any time during the season and will close in November. We aim to have flowers available from April to early November.

Time: 12-3 PM floor hours
8 AM-12 PM delivery hours
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is processed at the time of delivery or pick up from the shop. All buyers are required to keep a credit card on file in our secure payment platform. Payment for products on the floor can be made with credit card or check.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordering is managed through an online marketplace, Rooted Farmers. Pre-orders must be placed no later than 11:59 PM Sunday for fulfillment the following Wednesday. Pre-ordered items must be picked up at the shop or scheduled to be delivered.
CLAIMS AND REFUNDS
Buyers may file a claim on product received via pre-order if the:
1. Quality
2. Variety
3. Color, and/ or
4. Stem length is not as described in the pre-order listing.
Claims must be submitted via email to info@blueridgeflowerexchange.com within 24 hours of receiving, or in-person when picking up your order at the marketplace. When submitting a claim via email, please include a photo of the product. A refund will be issued upon review of your claim, no later than within 5 business days. Products purchased off the market floor are sold as-is and therefore not subject to the claims process.
BUCKETS
Please bring your own empty buckets to market or to meet the delivery driver to transfer your purchased product into. BRFE offers empty buckets to rent for a $3 deposit. The bucket deposit will be refunded upon return within 30 days of order processing. After 30 days, refunds on bucket rental will not be given. Only buckets with the BRFE logo stickers are eligible to be refunded.
